First thing that needs to be upgraded are the stock axle bushings. Bushings don't provide what RC Rock Crawlers need. They reduse friction for less rolling resistance, and that means smoother throttle control and run times. Ball bearings hardly ever need maintenance and lost alot longer then the stock bushings. My Teflon Sealed Yeah Racing have the Lowest resistance on the market.
