The HellStrom-XR

The HellStrom-XR took 7 months to get dialed in where I felt it was good enough. The Axial XR10 has a Great Set up in Stock Form. The Chassis and Links are set up great, but there is a couple of Flaws.  Weight, To Complex and un-necessary Hardware.

The Results are a simple 2 plate Chassis design. That keeps the stock set up, but reduces weight and opens up more opitions. The Chassis is cut with a Slant on the Bottom to give added ground clearance towards the rear of the chassis. Combine that with Ultra High Clearance Rear links for the best set up out.

The First Comp. I took it out in. I WON...Score for the Day -40. 2nd place and +9. 50pts spread. The Chassis just flat out works. Sticks to the rocks. Where others lift tires. Side hills. Where others just slide or roll. Climbs ledges. Where others get hung up.
